Welcome to MotoCush. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.

All Sales / Promotions
All customers who order from a sale are subject to final sale (no returns). If you have an issue with your order or product, please email support@motocush.com.

References in these Terms and Conditions to “we”, “us” and “Brand” are to MotoCush.

1. Online Shopping

1.3 We aim for accuracy in all product descriptions, but variations may occur based on your monitor.

2. Process

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. We ship Monday–Friday using Royal Mail tracked services.

3. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the item, contact Royal Mail directly.

4. Order Cancellation

Contact support@motocush.com immediately to cancel before dispatch; cancellation is not guaranteed if processing has started.

5. Returns Policy

Refer to the MotoCush UK Returns Policy. Sale or promotion items are final sale.

6. Payment Methods

All orders are processed in GBP (£). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, and PayPal, secured with SSL encryption.

7. Pricing Policy

Prices are subject to change; errors may result in cancellation or price adjustment offers.

8. Product Availability

Items removed when sold out; stock levels may change before acceptance.

9. Prohibited Content / Activity

No misuse of the website, including posting harmful code or unlawful content.

10. Liability & Indemnity

MotoCush is not liable for indirect losses; UK Consumer Law rights remain unaffected.

The website is controlled and operated in the United Kingdom. UK law applies to any disputes, handled in UK courts.

By submitting your phone number, you consent to promotional messages; opt-out via instructions provided.

16. Phone Call Permissions

By submitting your phone number, you consent to order and support calls; opt-out by emailing support@motocush.com with the subject “DO NOT CALL ME”.
