Our 90-Day Pain-Free Guarantee

We want every rider to be completely happy with their purchase. That's why all MotoCush products come with a 90-day, no-hassle guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason — even if you've used the product — we'll sort it out for you. No questions asked.

How It Works

Simply email us at support@motocush.co.uk within 90 days of your purchase and let us know what's going on. Our team will get back to you and make sure you're taken care of — whether that's an exchange, a different size, or a full refund.

Exchanges

Wrong size? No problem. Just get in touch and we'll arrange the correct size for you as quickly as possible. No extra charge.

Refunds

If you'd prefer a full refund, just let us know. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.

Returns Shipping

Return shipping is completely free — we'll provide a prepaid return label and full instructions.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please email us with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement right away.

1-Year Durability Warranty

All MotoCush products are covered by a 1-Year Durability Warranty. If your product develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, get in touch with a photo and we'll get it replaced.

If you're outside the 90-day window, drop us an email anyway — we'll always do our best to help.
