MotoCush Shipping Policy

At MotoCush, we work hard to keep up with demand — we ship orders daily from our warehouse so you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.

Processing & Handling

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Royal Mail): 4–10 business days within the UK

  • International Shipping (Royal Mail / Parcelforce): 7–14 business days
    📦 All orders include tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Order Confirmation

When you place your order, you will receive an immediate confirmation email.
This confirms that your order is in our system and your payment has been pre-authorised.
When your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers may take 1–5 business days to update after dispatch.
If you haven’t received tracking details after 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact info@motocush.co.uk.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, seasonal demand, or factors beyond our control.

  • If Royal Mail marks your parcel as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact Royal Mail directly with your tracking number. MotoCush cannot be held responsible after delivery confirmation to the provided address.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.
